Terms of service

By placing an order or booking a workshop with Studio Trinkets, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that:

  • Handmade items may vary slightly in shape, glaze, or color

  • These variations are part of their charm, not defects

Workshops

  • Workshop registration is final after payment

  • You will receive:

    1. An automatic confirmation email after booking

    2. A second and final email with practical details

It is your responsibility to be present at the correct date, time, and location.

Workshop Cancellations (by you)

No matter the reason, the following policy applies:

  • Up to 7 days before the workshop
    Full refund

  • Between 7 and 2 days before
    50% refund

  • Within 2 days (48h) before
    No refund
    You may send a replacement participant (please inform us in advance).

Workshop fees cannot be exchanged for webshop products or gift cards.

Workshop Cancellations (by us)

If a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule to a new date
