• In-stock items usually ship the same or next business day

• DIY kits, wool and interior accessories follow the same timeline when in stock

• Handmade items may take a little longer. Each product page clearly states its estimated delivery time

Letterbox Shipping

Some items fit neatly through your letterbox. Convenient, easy, no need to stay home.

Please note:

• Letterbox shipments have limited tracking

• In rare cases of loss or misdelivery, tracking may not reveal where the parcel went

By choosing letterbox shipping, you agree that this option is selected at your own risk.

Tip: letterbox items can also be shipped as parcel post for more extensive tracking.

Parcel Post

Parcel post shipments are sent via DHL.

• You’ll receive a Track & Trace email once your order ships;

• DHL no longer leaves “not-at-home” notes, so keep an eye on your inbox or the DHL app;

• Someone should be present to receive the package.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
