Refund policy

We hope your Studio Trinkets piece feels right at home. If not, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In original condition, so they can find a new home

Once your return has arrived safely and passed inspection, we’ll refund the purchase price of the returned products.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking

If something goes missing on its way back, we sadly can’t go looking for it.

Non-Returnable Items

Some things are made just for you, and those don’t travel back:

  • Handmade or made-to-order products

  • Workshops

  • Gift cards

In-Person Returns
